Main Structure

Reinforced concrete frame reinforced against earthquake.

Insulation

A damp-proof course is provided for all ground floor walls and floors, and all verandas, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets of the villa as well as thermal and water insulation for all roofs.

Wall Coverings

The walls are constructed with hollow bricks 10cm and 25cm respectively according to plans. The bricks are covered with cement plaster and are painted with three coats of emulsion. The false ceilings are spatulated and painted with three coats of emulsion.

Wall finishes (Kitchen, bathrooms, WC)

All walls and ceilings around the villa are painted with three coats of emulsion and all bathrooms and toilet walls are covered with white marbles up to the ceiling.
