CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
MAIN STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete frame reinforced against earthquake.
INSULATION
A damp-proof course is provided for all ground floor areas, to all verandas, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, and as well as a proper insulation will be provided for all the floors of the building.
WALL COVERINGS
The walls will be constructed with hollow bricks 10cm and 25cm respectively according to plans. The bricks will be of first quality. The internal coverings will be covered with plaster cement, spatulated and will be painted with three coats of emulsion. The ceilings will be of fare face as well as will be spatulated and be painted with three coats of emulsion.
WALL FINISHES (KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, WC)
All walls will be painted with three coats of emulsion and all kitchens, bathroom and toilet walls, will be partly covered with ceramic tiles and painted with three coats of oil paint.
INTERNAL DOORS
Main entrance doors of the apartments will be fire proof and of beech wood. All other doors will be of chipboard covered with beech wood veneer.
BUILT-IN-FURNITURE
In all bedrooms are provided with wardrobes, made of chipboard covered beech wood veneer. Kitchen and bathrooms are provided with granite, with benches and all cupboards finished in chipboard covered with beech wood veneer.
SANITARY FITTINGS
Imported top quality sanitary fittings. All mixers, taps and generally all accessories, will be from, GROHE, Germany.
PLUMBING INSTALLATION
We will use pressurized plastic pipes both for cold and hot water. All apartments will have their own separate solar system.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The electrical installation will be constructed according to the rules and regulations of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
All apartments are connected with the main entrance with an intercom system. Telephone and TV plugs are provided to all apartments of the Complex.
AIR CONDITION
Installation of pipes of air-condition units in all rooms. (Pipes only, without units).
PROTECTION OF THE BUILDING
All apartments will be constructed according to the strict rules of the Cyprus Fire Brigade Service.
