The one-bedroom facilities can comfortably accommodate 2-4 customers and our 2 bedroom units can easily sleep 3-6 customers. Furthermore, accommodation facilities offer heating for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer.

Location

The Roussos is a charming aparthotel comprising of 3 buildings: the main building, the new Wing and the Cypriot style bungalows. It is situated in beautifully landscaped gardens about 6km east of Limassol and 1 km from the center of Potamos Germasoyeias with several shops, banks and taverns. The Limassol beach is located just across the road.

The studios offer twin bedded rooms, open plan living room, kitchenette with cooking rings, bath shower, WC, telephone and balcony.

The apartments offer 1 or 2 twin bedded rooms, open plan living room, kitchenette with cooking rings, bath shower, WC, telephone and balcony.

The Bungalows provide an open-plan living room with twin beds and sofa bed, kitchenette with cooking rings bath/shower, WC, telephone, radio and balcony. All hotel apartments are heated and air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms of apartments, studios and bungalows.
